Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the CEO and the Chief Product Officer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex priorities with ease, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for both executives.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.Draft and proofread emails, communications, and documents on behalf of the executives.Facilitate communication flow, prioritizing messages and responding when appropriate.Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in fashion, luxury, or creative industries.Excellent command of English and Italian (spoken and written).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the dynamic needs of top executives.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
