Bim Architect

Studio Apostoli is looking for a BIM Architect specialized in Hospitality and Wellness to join its team in San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR).This is a full-time, on-site position, suited to a mid-level professional (minimum 5 years of experience) who is confident in architectural design and BIM workflows and eager to work on complex, high-end hospitality and spa projects in an international context.Immediate availability is required.The selected candidate will be involved in all project phases, from concept development to construction documentation, working closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.Key responsibilitiesArchitectural design development for luxury hospitality, spa, and wellness projectsCreation, management, and coordination of BIM models throughout all project phasesAdvanced use of BIM tools for design development, coordination, and documentationCollaboration with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structures, interiors)Support to project planning, timelines, and client presentationsContribution to design quality, technical consistency, and innovationQualificationsRequiredDegree in Architecture or equivalentMinimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural designAdvanced knowledge of BIM software: Revit and/or Archicad (both are a strong plus)Solid experience in BIM workflows, coordination, and model managementProven ability to work on complex projects within structured teamsFluency in English (written and spoken)Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsPreferredPrevious experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury projectsExperience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teamsSensitivity to design quality and wellness-oriented conceptsWhat we offerOpportunity to work on internationally recognized hospitality and SPA projectsA design-driven, multidisciplinary environment with a strong wellness cultureContinuous professional growth within a well-established international studioDirect involvement in complex and high-profile projects#J-*****-Ljbffr
