Categoria:Leisure, Travel & TourismLuogo di lavoro:SardegnaResponsibilitiesCoordinamento e supervisione dei reparti Front Office, Housekeeping e SPA.Gestione del team reparto, confoco su formazione, motivazione e performance.Garanzia del rispetto delle liste standard qualitative delle procedure operative.Gestione dell'esperienza del ospite in tutte le fasi, con attenzione alla personalizzazione e cura del dettaglio.Collaborazione con gli altri reparti per garantire fluidità operativa e massima soddisfazione del cliente.Analisi e monitoraggio dei KPI del reparto, gestione dei costi e ottimizzazione delle risorse.Gestione di eventuali complainti in ottica proattiva e risolutiva.Supervisione di processi legati a check-in, check-out, room assignment e VIP welcome.Supporto nella definizione di strategie tariffarie e nella gestione delle prenotazioni.RequirementsEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo, in strutture di lusso.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus).Leadership, empatia, capacità organizzative e orientamento all'ospite.Flessibilità, visione strategica e attenzione ai dettagli.Conoscenza dei principali PMS e strumenti gestionali del settore.#J-*****-Ljbffr
