Accessories Merchandiser to join our team in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).This role plays a key part in preparing sales campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across alla relevant tools and systemReporting directly to the W Accessories Merchandising Director, the role is expected to independently manage all analytical and support the definition of the collection plan, pricing and buying strategy.Key Responsibilities:Create master databases, implement and maintain analysis reportingProduce clear, insight-driven reports to support decision-makingAnalyze collection performance to identify opportunities, gaps and risks for future collections.Monitor in-store deliveries and product performance.Support the definition of the collection by drops, ensuring the right products reach the floor at the right time to maximize sales.Participate to WW markdown strategy (database elaboration, ST review and analysis...).Assist in strategically frame the seasonal must haves to drive the buy.Support the definition of seasonal merchandising assortments by analyzing sales to identify performance trends, opportunities and risks at category level.Assist in collection pricing and keep pricing database updated.Deliver post-production feedback from a product point of view.Assortment review for e-commerce business.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector, specifically focused on accessories.Advanced proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools.Familiarity with PLM systems and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.Ability to effectively address and resolve challenges when faced with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Availability for business trips to Milan and Paris 4 to 6 times per yearFluency in English and ItalianLocation: Sesto Fiorentino (FI)Type: Full TimeInTOM FORDyou will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.For Tom Ford, diversity is a value thanks to which one can best express one's abilities and potential.We are looking for passionate and proactive resources who want to test themselves within a dynamic and rapidly growing reality.
