IT Infrastructure & Security SpecialistScopo della Posizione:Pianificare le azioni volte a garantire il presidio dell'infrastruttura IT e delle Operations, monitorando i rischi e la continuità di business.Responsabilità primarie:Gestire l'infrastruttura IT, in particolare iserver aziendali, on premise e in cloud, e le reti aziendali (LAN, WAN, VPN), con i relativi apparati (firewall, switch, router) e con i relativi servizi (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, ecc.);Coordinare fornitori esterni e partner tecnologiciper i servizi di connettività, il datacenter remoto e la sicurezza IT;Monitorare leprestazionie lasicurezzadelle reti, individuando e risolvendo eventuali anomalie;Fornire supporto tecnico, sia hardware che software, al personale interno;Partecipareall'analisi dei requisiti funzionali e tecniciraccolti dalle diverse funzioni aziendali, traducendoli in specifiche tecniche chiare e strutturate da condividere con i gruppi di sviluppo interni o fornitori esterni;Gestire le attività diesercizio e manutenzione dei sistemi IT, inclusi quelli accessibili a clienti e fornitori (es. portali dedicati), coordinando gli interventi dei fornitori e delle strutture interne responsabili;Implementare le best practices a livello di disponibilità, integrità e riservatezza delle informazioni(sistemi di backup, antivirus, gestione accessi, sistemi di autenticazione e autorizzazione, DR e BC);Requisiti tecniciComprovata esperienza pregressa dialmeno cinque annicome sistemista o ruoli similiConoscenza di Windows Server, della suite Microsoft 365, e dei relativi servizi di autenticazione (AD ed Entra ID).Esperienza con soluzioni cloud (preferenziale Azure, AWS, GCP ).Capacità di gestione di reti LAN/WAN, firewall, router, switch e protocolli di rete.Conoscenza di server mail e gestione della posta con Exchange Online.Esperienza pregressa in progetti di implementazione di framework di sicurezza IT.Comprovata esperienza in valutazione, gestione e coordinamento di fornitori di servizi ITCapacità di redigere documentazione tecnica e aggiornare le policy ITNice to haveCertificazioni tecniche (es.
