Leggi qui...Cosa fa il Technical Customer Service & Business Development?Fornisce supporto tecnico su prodotti e materiali autoadesiviGestisce reclami tecnici e problematiche applicativeCollabora allo sviluppo di nuove applicazioni presso i clientiCoordina test e validazioni tecniche con clienti e partnerRedige report e documentazione tecnicaSupporta il team commerciale nella gestione delle opportunitàMantiene relazioni con clienti esistenti e contribuisce all'identificazione di nuove opportunità di businessPartecipa a fiere ed eventi di settoreLavora in sinergia con team commerciali, qualità, marketing e HQNon ha responsabilità diretta di trattativa commercialeCandidato idealeDiploma tecnico o formazione in ambito graficoAlmeno 5 annidi esperienza nel settore stampa (etichette, flexo, offset, digitale) o affiniEsperienza nella relazione tecnica con il clienteBuona conoscenza dellalingua inglese(minimo B1)Disponibilità atrasferteSoft skills:Problem solvingAttitudine tecnico-commercialeCapacità relazionale e di lavoro in teamOrientamento all'obiettivoCapacità organizzative e di gestione delle prioritàCosa offriamoInserimento diretto in aziendaSistema premiante legato a performanceAuto aziendale ad uso promiscuoSede di lavoro:MilanoTrasferte: 40% Italia, occasionali in EuropaSmart working: non previstoAnnuncio rivolto a candidati ambosessi (D.
