Marketing Project Manager – German & English SpeakingExpandi Group is a global leader inB2BMarTechandAdTechsolutions, renowned for its innovative platforms that help businesses drive smarter marketing and sales strategies through data-driven insights.Its portfolio includes industry-recognized solutions such as Jabmo (Account-Based Marketing), Cyance (Intent Data), AccountInsight (B2B Programmatic DSP), follow by B2B Stars (an AI-powered business directory).Trusted by major global media agencies and some of the world's largest B2B companies, Expandi's platforms are used worldwide to unlock impact-led growth.We are currently looking for aMarketing Project Manager–German & English Speaking– to ???????? our Global team Luka inMilan.In this role, you will work primarily onGerman-market projects, while collaborating daily with an international, English-speaking team.Role OverviewAs a Marketing Project Manager, you will support the execution of marketing projects for German-speaking clients by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers to help deliver projects on time and within scope, gaining exposure to structured project-management processes and international B2B marketing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of B2B marketing projects for the German market.Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked.Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress.Update project documentation, schedules, and status reports.Assist in supervising campaign execution and deliverables.Identify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications).Minimum 2 years of marketing project-management experience, preferably in the B2B space.Fluency in German at a professional level (written and spoken) – mandatory.Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) – mandatory, as the role operates in an international environment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Clear and effective communication skills.Proactive, flexible, and team-player.Curious and eager to learn.Working ModelHybrid (office and remote).Assignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with candidate's experience and skills.ApplicationApply now to join our team at Expandi GroupVisit our website/.Seniority LevelMid-Senior level.Employment TypeFull-time.Job FunctionProject Management and Information Technology.Industries: Advertising Services.#J-*****-Ljbffr
