L'obiettivo è garantire che il progetto del fornitore sia conforme agli standard aziendali, alle normative di sicurezza, alle esigenze dell'impianto e ai target di performance.Le tue attività principali saranno:Partecipare alle attività di co-engineering con il fornitoreRevisionare e approvare la progettazione: sistemi conveyor (Power & Free, Skid, EMS – Electrified Monorail System, logiche di anticollisione, buffering, tracciabilità RFID – Radio-Frequency Identification); architettura elettrica (quadri, sensori, attuatori, inverter VFD – Variable Frequency Drive, motori, dispositivi di sicurezza); software (logiche PLC, logiche di sicurezza su Safety PLC, interfacce HMI, supervisione SCADA, diagnostica, allarmi)Indicare modifiche necessarie, criteri di accettazione e standard da rispettareGestire la matrice delle interfacce tra conveyor, cabine, forni, pretrattamento, sistemi di movimentazione, sistemi informativi come MES – Manufacturing Execution System, QMS – Quality Management System, sistemi di tracciabilità.Collaborare con process engineering, manutenzione, HSE, OT (Operational Technology) e IT (Information Technology)Rivedere e approvare: schemi elettrici (EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical), layout quadri e cablaggi, architettura PLC / Safety PLC, I/O (segnali Input/Output) distribuiti, configurazioni di rete industriale, architetture di sicurezza (PL – Performance Level, SIL – Safety Integrity Level)Validare la diagnostica software, la gestione allarmi, il naming e la modularitàVerificare la conformità alle principali normativeSei la persona giusta se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:Laurea in Automazione, Elettrica o Meccatronica.5+ anni di esperienza in impianti con conveyor (preferenza automotive).Competenza con PLC/SCADA (Siemens, Rockwell).Conoscenza normativa safety (PL, SIL, ISO *****, IEC *****).Capacità di co-design con fornitori.Italiano fluente, inglese tecnico.Cosa troverai in STAR7:Un contesto in forte crescita con un ambiente di lavoro giovane improntato allo sviluppoUn contesto altamente qualificato e stimolantePiano di welfare annuale e convenzioni aziendaliAssicurazione sanitaria integrativaMeal ticketSe l'opportunità ti interessa e vuoi approfondirla, inviaci il tuo CV completo di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati ex art. 13 GDPR.
