Swegon Group AB, owned by Investment AB Latour and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, is a market-leading supplier in the indoor environment sector, offering solutions for ventilation, heating, cooling, and climate optimization, as well as related services and qualified technical support.Swegon has subsidiaries and distributors worldwide, along with 24 production facilities located in Europe, North America, and India.The company employs over 3,800 people and recorded a turnover of SEK 9.3 billion in ****.In Italy, the Group's official headquarters is located in Canatara di Cona (VE), where, in addition to the production plant dedicated to chillers and heat pumps, the Italian sales and distribution branch is also based.Approximately 400 people are employed at the site.Are you looking for an international company where you can challenge yourself and grow?Join our teamWe are looking for a Service & Spare Parts Specialist.This position, based in the Quality & Enviroment Department, will support Service Manager, working closely with the Service and Spare Parts Team.ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and customer-oriented after-sales service, proactively managing requests and technical issues, as well as overseeing the entire spare parts process in close collaboration with internal teams.RESPONSIBILITIESProactive management of technical issues and service requests, in collaboration with the Service team and internal departments (Sales, R&D, Logistics, etc.), to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.Application of Swegon's standard operating procedures, while maintaining the flexibility needed to ensure that the customer always remains at the center of attention.Support for troubleshooting activities, including direct interventions at Swegon product installation sites when necessary.Support in managing the entire spare parts order process, including product availability checks, quotation preparation and order entry in the management system, as well as coordination of shipments.Coding of components and preparation of spare parts lists for specific products and units, with analysis and detailed reporting of spare parts sales and warranty data, aimed at continuous improvement.Availability to undertake short-term national and international travel is required.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSTechnical background (degree or diploma).Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.Knowledge of management and ERP software such as SAP, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Problem-solving skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation, with a hands-on and constructive approach to finding structured and effective solutions, along with a strong focus on Quality.
