Accountabilities The Global Ecommerce Specialist is accountable for supporting in driving the coordination and execution of global digital initiatives and special cross-functional projects, reporting into the Global Digital Operations Director.The role requires a high degree of flexibility, strong ownership, and attention to detail to ensure smooth collaboration across global and regional teams.Acting as a key operational link between headquarters and regional markets, the Specialist ensures consistent communication, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of strategic priorities.Success in this role depends on the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain rigorous standards of accuracy, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional SupportSupport the Global Digital Operations Director in coordinating global initiatives involving Roadmap, Marketing, Business Performance and Business initiatives.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.Monitor progress across initiatives, identify potential risks, and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.Performance Analysis & ReportingGather, validate, and consolidate Ecommerce performance data across markets and channels.Prepare regular performance reports and executive presentations, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews across all reporting tools.Regional LiaisonServe as a bridge between global and regional Ecommerce teams, facilitating communication and alignment on key priorities for dedicated projectsCoordinate ad hoc projects requiring regional input or implementation.Consolidate regional insights, business needs, and feedback to support strategic decision-making.Process & GovernanceSupport the definition and implementation of standardized reporting processes and performance frameworks.Assist in the rollout of new tools, systems, or templates that enhance collaboration and efficiency.Maintain thorough documentation of ongoing projects and ensure adherence to established governance practices.RequirementsDegree in Business, Digital Commerce or related fields3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce or project coordination within a matrix organization.Proven experience in data consolidation, performance reporting, and cross-functional project management.Strong command of Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of analytics platforms and digital KPI frameworks.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor.Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across regions and seniority levels.Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
