Deal Advisory PNRR Grants& Incentives Consultant | Rome 11 dic **** The chance to build a better future is right in front of you Do Work That Matters - Your role and responsibilities Do you want to pursue a profession that is truly meaningful and impactful?At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company and colleagues address and solve the most current and complex challenges.KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to assist companies in business model transformation, process improvement and digitization, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions.Deal Advisory is theKPMG Advisory line of services that helps companies create value by evaluating the risks and opportunities of corporate finance transactions, facilitating the various stages of the deal and identifying critical aspects to streamline the process.OurRestructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilize the business and usher in sustainable change.Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions.We support companies in judicial and in extra-judicial restructuring procedures, assisting the Top Management of our clients (Owner/CEO/CFO) during the whole path to recovery and financial stability.Within the scope of Financing activities, the Restructuring team also assists companies in obtaining non-repayable grants and subsidized loans under national and European co-financing programs (PNRR and other incentives ) to support the investment projects of client companies.In this regard, our consultants assist multinationals and family-run enterprises, wishing to access grants and incentives to realize specific investment project.We support them in the preparation of the whole package of request for incentives, from the business plan (when requested) to the collection of documentation and drafting of the request.As a member of this team, known for the quality and scope of its projects, your talent will be put to full use, enabling you to work with leading Italian and international clients: in ****, for the third time in four years, our team received the Finance Community Award for Italian "Restructuring Team of the Year" in recognition of its professional excellence and the type of projects implemented.We are recruiting candidates for ourRome office who are ready to challenge themselves in a demanding and stimulating environment.Specifically, you will be tasked with: analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify their financial situation; financial modelling and business planning; independent business reviews of business plans; negotiation with main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and other creditors) and distressed M&A (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.); Technical assistance for client companies' participation in national and European co-financing programs, development contracts, and PNRR calls; Preparation ofindependent preliminary checks for the incentive measures of development contracts.Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: 1/2 years of experience in financial restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance; Experience or deep interest in grants&incentives for enterprises (PNRR and other incentives) is also recommended; specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance);
