Chi cerchiamo:Per il ruolo di Education Product Manager, cerchiamo una persona che abbia voglia di costruire con noi il presente e il futuro della formazione.Come parte del team di Prodotto di 24ORE Business School, avrai l'opportunità di ideare, progettare e gestire programmi formativi della Business School, inclusi prodotti di punta quali Master Full Time ed Executive, con un particolare focus sul mercato di Roma.Ti occuperai di gestire percorsi formativi di alta specializzazione, curandone tutti gli aspetti al fine di garantire la massima qualità del prodotto, sia in termini di contenuto che di delivery.Cerchiamo una/un professionista con passione per la formazione, innovativo nell'approccio e desideroso di lavorare in un contesto fortemente dinamico.La figura ricercata si interfaccerà quotidianamente con il management team della BS e con la sua faculty, che include personalità di elevato standing, e riporterà alla responsabile Master full time.Di cosa ti occuperai:Ideare e proporre nuovi percorsi formativi, facendo leva sulla tua esperienza e sul network di primario standing della BSProgettare gestire percorsi formativi da integrare nell'offerta di Business SchoolCoinvolgere e interagire quotidianamente con la faculty della Business SchoolLavorare sulla qualità dell'offerta formativa, anche monitorando i feedback dei clienti, in logica di continuous improvementEffettuare benchmark della concorrenzaCollaborare con i diversi reparti della Business School per ottenere risultati eccellentiChi sei:Vanti una consolidata esperienza nel disegno e gestione di programmi di education indirizzati a neolaureaticapacità relazionali associate e abitudine a trattare con interlocutori di livello accademico e managerialeConsolidata esperienza nella gestione progettualeCapacità di analisi e attenzione ai dettagliOttima attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di situazioni complesseComprovata capacità di operare in un contesto altamente dinamicoCosa ti offriamo:Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL grafica ed editoriaCompensation coerente alla seniority del profilo individuatoBuoni pasto in funzione delle giornate lavorateFlessibilità oraria e smart working secondo le linee guida aziendaliIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******
