Marine Galley Equipment Technician, Lifecyle Services

As Marine Galley Equipment Technicianin our Lifecycle Services Division, you will be responsible for executing and supervising service interventions on board ships, with a focus on ALMACO's professional galley.This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong organization skills, and a customer-oriented approachKey Responsibilities:Conduct onboard visits to evaluate technical issues and assist customers in clearly expressing their needs.Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinators to plan and prepare service interventions.Perform maintenance and service tasks on ALMACO's product lines, primarily in professional kitchen systems (galley equipment).Provide onboard training to crew and maintenance staff for safe and proper use of galley equipment.Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions with technical feedback and collaboration.Contribute to the improvement and expansion of Lifecycle Services tools, including maintenance kit databases, installation kits, digital documentation, reports, and planning tools.Requirements:Electrical diploma or equivalent technical education (mandatory).Solid hands-on experience in the maintenance of professional galley/kitchen systems, especially vertical and horizontal cooking equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwasher, tilting pans, kettles, fryers).Knowledge of cold/refrigeration equipment is a strong plus.Communicative level of English, both spoken and written.Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.Familiarity with quality standards and maintenance procedures.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.#J-*****-Ljbffr
