Wedding Planner – Senior & JuniorWeddingItaly SRL is seekingtwo qualified Wedding Planners (Senior and Junior profiles)to join its team.The roles involve theplanning, coordination, and execution of weddings exclusively for international clients , in close collaboration with the internal team and external partners.General Requirements (Both Positions)Full professional proficiency in English , both written and spokenKnowledge of anadditional foreign languageis considered a preferential qualificationStrongorganisational, analytical, and planning skillsAbility to manage assigned projects with a high degree ofautonomy and accountabilityProvenproblem-solving skillsand capacity to manage unforeseen situationsAdequateaesthetic and design sensibilityrelevant to wedding and event planningClear understanding that the role primarily involveslogistics, scheduling, coordination, and client/vendor management , beyond aesthetic aspectsExcellentinterpersonal and communication skillsStrong ability and willingness to work in a team , which is considereda fundamental requirementfor this roleSenior Wedding PlannerMinimum 3 years of documented experiencein wedding planning for international clientsEmployment type:Full-time or Part-time(minimum 24 hours per week)Hybrid working arrangement : up to2 days per week of smart working , subject to operational requirementsContract type:Fixed-term contract (12 months) , with the objective of transformation into apermanent contractContractual framework:CCNL Commercio – Level 3Access tocompany welfare and benefits , in accordance with company policyEligibility forperformance-related bonus (Premio di Produzione) , based on predefined objectivesAvailability forapproximately 8 business trips per year , with an average duration of 2 nights each, that might include from4 to 8 weekends per year , according to event schedulesJunior Wedding PlannerEntry-level profile;prior experience in wedding or event planning for international clients is appreciated but not mandatoryEmployment type:Full-timeHybrid working arrangement : up to2 days per week of smart working , subject to operational requirementsContract type:Apprenticeship contract (Apprendistato)Contractual framework:CCNL Commercio , in accordance with applicable regulationsAccess tocompany welfare and benefits , in accordance with company policyEligibility forperformance-related bonus (Premio di Produzione) , based on predefined objectivesAvailability forapproximately 8 business trips per year , with an average duration of 2 nights each, that might include from4 to 8 weekends per year , according to event schedulesSelection Process The selection process will consist of the following steps:Submission of CV and presentation (cover) letterOnline interview (approximately 20 minutes)with a Senior Wedding PlannerIn-person interviewat the company premisesFinal evaluation and selectionCorporate Values and Equal Opportunity Statement WeddingItaly SRL operates in accordance with principles ofsustainability, ethics, inclusivity, and respect for diversity, religions, and beliefs .The selection process is conducted in compliance withequal opportunity regulations , and applications are welcomed regardless of gender, age, nationality, or personal beliefs.
