Full-time | Permanent | Milan or LondonAbout Shop CircleShop Circle is one of Europe's fastest-growing AI-powered software groups, building a permanent home for exceptional software companies that power modern enterprise infrastructure.Backed by over $200M in funding, we've completed 16 acquisitions in just four years and support more than 150,000 companies globally.Our portfolio includes mission-critical software businesses that help organizations operate, scale, and stay ahead.We combine AI-driven execution, best-in-class go-to-market capabilities, and exceptional global talent with a long term ownership mindset.About the roleWe're looking for an Investment Relationships Manager with 5–10 years of experience in capital formation, fundraising, or investor relations—ideally within an investment fund or high-growth operating company.This role sits at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets, M&A, and communications.You'll work closely with the CEO, Finance, and Corporate Development teams to own and scale relationships with investors and lenders, while supporting fundraising, debt facilities, and strategic financing initiatives.What you'll do- Own and manage relationships with 30+ existing investors- Expand the investor base across equity and credit- Build and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and financing partners- Prepare Board materials, investor updates, and reporting packs- Lead and support fundraising, capital markets initiatives, and refinancing activity- Drive PR and communications related to investor activity and fundraising events- Partner with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent, high-quality investor messagingWhat we're looking for- 5–10 years of experience in capital formation, investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance- Hands-on involvement in fundraising and active investor engagement, within funds or high-growth companies- Strong financial literacy and comfort with KPIs, reporting, and investor materials- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)- Strong stakeholder management and comfort interacting with senior investors and executives- High sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism- Strong interest in technology, software, and M&A-driven growthWhy join Shop Circle- High-ownership role with direct exposure to the CEO and senior investors- Front-row seat to frequent M&A and capital markets activity- Opportunity to grow into a senior IR / capital markets leadership role- Competitive compensation and clear long-term career progression- Be part of building a category-defining, long-term software platformReady to join us?Apply now and help shape the future of software investment at Shop Circle.
