TXT Quence, part of theTXT Group, is looking for aSoftware Test Automation Specialistto join its expanding team, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the role.We are looking for candidates with experience and know-how in Software Testing and Software Test Automation to work on important projects.Main responsibilities:Coordinate and plan the software functionality analysis process, designing and implementing functional and performance tests;Implement test automation;Create and run both manual and automated regression tests;Track software anomalies found and verify their resolution.Technical skills required:Knowledge of functional testing methodology principles and best practices: requirements/specifications analysis, test writing (nice to have: knowledge of BDD/Cucumber), manual functional testing, bug tracking (opening, cycle management, retesting, and closing);Knowledge of methodological principles and best practices in test automation: definition of automated scenarios; development with application of relevant models: page object model, screenplay pattern; execution via CI/CD platforms and IDE/tools, results analysis;Excellent knowledge of Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress (one or more);Good knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and Python (nice to have: other programming languages in addition to Python);Good knowledge of the Linux operating system;Mandatory spoken and written English at C level.Nice to have:DevOps skills (Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps);Knowledge of the Atlassian suite, Jira, and Confluence;Skills in web/mobile application software development.The profile is completed by a good aptitude for teamwork, an aptitude for learning software methodologies and technologies, a results-oriented approach, analytical skills, and flexibility.Education:Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent subjects.Why Choose TXT?Career opportunities in a rapidly growing and profoundly changing company with young, international staff;Permanent contract;Training on business-related topics;Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, discounts as a group employee).Teamworking: Opportunity to collaborate with highly talented and passionate people in a highly professional development process.The level of entry and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual experience and seniority gained.Position open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/**** .The company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.#QE
