Arlettie puts the most incredible luxury within easy reach of those who love it and dream of it.From the greatest Parisian fashion houses to the jewellers of the Place Vendome, and the most prominent designers, Arlettie has been fine-tuning its selections for 25 years.With more than 200 sales in London, Paris and Online, Arlettie is the leader in organising private sales in the industry.Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organising exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brand.There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days.When you are not travelling, you may be asked to support sales activities at your local showroom.We are looking for a Retail Set-Up & Maintenance Assistant to support our team in overseeing the event set-up including furniture, fixtures, maintenance, and wall set-ups.ResponsibilitiesTo support the smooth running of the retail store by carrying out hands-on maintenance, furniture repairs, and wall set-ups, ensuring the store is safe, functional, and visually always presented to brand standards.Event ResponsibilitiesCarry out basic furniture repairs and adjustments within the storeSupport wall set-ups, fixtures, fittings, and visual merchandising installationsAssemble, move, and dismantle display furniture and retail equipmentEnsure all work is completed safely, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to the venueMaintain high standards of store presentation and cleanlinessUse tools and equipment in line with health & safety requirementsIdentify and report maintenance or safety issues to managementPersonal AttributesPractical and solution-focusedTakes pride in high standards and attention to detailCalm and professional in a customer-facing environmentTeam-oriented and approachableAdaptable and happy to support varied store needsWork flexibly to support trading hours and store operational needsEssentialExperience in a practical, hands-on or manual role (retail, maintenance, construction, or similar)Comfortable using basic hand toolsGood physical fitness, with ability to lift and move fixtures safelyAwareness of health & safety in a customer-facing environmentReliable, punctual, and flexibleDesirableExperience working in a retail store or showroom environmentBasic carpentry, DIY, or handyman skillsExperience supporting visual merchandising or store fixturesPackageFull-time roleOpportunity to work in different countries all around the worldCompetitive Salary#J-*****-Ljbffr
