Descrizione del posto vacantePer importante gruppo industriale internazionale, presente in più di 40 Paesi, siamo alla ricerca di un:La figura sarà il principale punto di riferimento per le strategie di marketing e comunicazione esterna a livello nazionale, con l'obiettivo di supportare la crescita del business, rafforzare la brand awareness e accrescere l'engagement dei clienti.Il ruolo riporta direttamente al Managing Director e opera in stretta collaborazione con la Direzione Vendite e i team internazionali di marketing e digital.Principali ResponsabilitàGuidare e coordinare un team multifunzionale composto da specialisti in marketing, comunicazione, formazione e loyalty.Definire e implementare strategie di comunicazione integrata per sostenere la crescita commerciale e la visibilità del brand.Sviluppare e gestire campagne di fidelizzazione e di customer engagement, ottimizzando sinergie tra i Paesi del cluster.Collaborare con i team Sales e Product Leadership per piani di comunicazione efficaci e coerenti con la strategia di business.Costruire e mantenere relazioni con clienti chiave, key opinion leader e media.Coordinare le attività con agenzie esterne e gestire campagne PR e brand activation.Supervisionare il budget marketing nazionale, inclusi gli investimenti pubblicitari.Sviluppare attività di marketing intelligence e analisi di mercato.Definire la strategia formativa per clienti e partner, assicurando contenuti efficaci e di alto impatto.Laurea o Master in Marketing, Economia o discipline affini.Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ambito marketing e comunicazione B2B o B2B2C, preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali.Forte capacità di leadership e gestione di team.Eccellente conoscenza degli strumenti digitali (Canva, HubSpot, piattaforme social e media digitali).Solida visione strategica unita a forte orientamento all'execution.Attitudine collaborativa e capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni ed esterni.Spiccate doti di storytelling, senso estetico e attenzione alla brand identity.Approccio analitico e orientato al risultato, con focus sull'efficacia delle campagne e dei canali media.Sede: Brescia#J-*****-Ljbffr
