Bhblasted is a cutting-edge benefit corporation in the tech and digital sector, based in Caserta.A strong commitment to innovation and solid environmental, social, and civic responsibility are the values that guide every choice and activity of our group.Our business units and companies specialize in media management and performance advertising, research and development of advanced e-commerce solutions, and just-in-time and made-to-order clothing production.We are looking for a Lead Dev to join our team.WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OFAt least 8 years of experience in a Software Engineer roleAt least 5 years of experience in designing complex software architecturesIn-depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Node.js, PHPExperience in developing RESTful and Graph APIsKnowledge of relational and No SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB)Familiarity with key software architecture design patterns (microservices, SOA, Cloud)Knowledge of message queue and data streaming systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ)Understanding of containerization (Docker) and software deployment in orchestrators (Kubernetes)Leadership skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)Skills in the Dev Sec Ops fieldFamiliarity with specific tools (Visual Studio Code, Git Hub, Jira, Click Up or Asana, Postman)Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)NICE TO HAVEKnowledge of TDD, BDD, and SOLID programming methodsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalentPrevious experience in a startup / scaleupPrevious experience in a product and / or service companySoftware architect certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert)Experience working in medium-sized teams (5-10)
