If you are an experienced UX/UI Designer and are eager to learn about System Management, please continue reading the announcement.What are we looking for?We are looking for UX/UI Designers with solid technical skills in designing intuitive, accessible and high-performance digital experiences and interfaces.The ideal candidate has experience in managing the entire design process, from research to prototyping to testing and documentation, with strong business orientation and performance measurement through KPIs.Main responsibilities:- Analysis of strategic product goals and identification of business-relevant KPIs- UX Assessment of existing products to identify critical issues, opportunities, and redesign strategies based on heuristics, accessibility, and user/customer feedback- Design of wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, navigable prototypes and A/B tests, with attention to conversion design principles and digital funnelsCreation of information architectures, user scenarios, customer journeys and business personas.- Planning and designing consistent omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platformsUI design with focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and mobile-first.- Creating, updating, and managing Design Systems, reusable components, and scalable visual guidelines- Organizing and conducting usability testing- Benchmarking activities, competitive analysis and monitoring of industry trends- Daily collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness of user experience- UX/UI process documentation and guideline production to facilitate scalability and design continuity.Soft Skills:- Excellent organizational skills and aptitude for autonomous project management- Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive approach, problem solving and results orientation.What we offer:- Approach with modern, state-of-the-art technologies- agile methodologies- corporate welfare tools- ticket restaurant- hybrid working mode- referral programRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, visual communication or related disciplines- In-depth knowledge of key UX Research methodologies and Human-Centered Design principles- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.).- Knowledge of digital accessibility principles, UI patterns, and interaction design best practices- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, PM, QA, Marketing).Additional requirements:- Experience in defining and managing complex Design Systems- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better communication with development teams- Ability to analyze and interpret analytics data to optimize user flowsWhat are the steps in our selection process?If your Resume is in line with the open position, you will be contacted for an initial cognitive interview.
