Treasury ManagerYOOX is part of LuxExperience, the leading digital multi-brand luxury group.We are looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join the Finance & Administration team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a small team.Location:Zola Predosa (Bologna), ItalyDepartment:Finance and AdministrationReporting into:Chief Financial Officer, YOOXDirect reports:2Working Model:HybridContract Type:PermanentResponsibilitiesLead the Treasury function, supervising a team of two direct reports.Develop and execute medium-to-long-term financial and treasury strategy in collaboration with the CFO.Define and implement financial risk-management policies (interest rate, FX, liquidity) and advanced hedging strategies.Participate in capital allocation and funding decisions, optimizing the mix of internal and external finance sources.Prepare and present strategic analyses, long-term cash forecasts, and risk reports directly to the CFO and senior management.Manage executive banking relationships, negotiate credit lines, fees, and secure advanced financial instruments.Oversee the international treasury structure (cash pooling, netting, payment centralization) to minimize cost of capital.Lead treasury digital-transformation projects (TMS selection, process automation) with focus on compliance.Mentor and develop the technical and managerial skills of the team.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics, or related field.Master's or professional certification (CFA) is a plus.8–10 years of progressive corporate treasury experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.Deep knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, FX and interest-rate risk management, and advanced cash-forecasting techniques.Strong leadership, coaching, and delegation skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective executive communication.Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.Experience LevelMid-Senior levelWorkplace TypeHybridEqual Opportunity StatementLuxExperience is an equal opportunities employer.We encourage people from diverse backgrounds to apply.We welcome and will consider all applications regardless of race, nationality, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic.If you require any reasonable adjustments to complete your application, please let us know.#J-*****-Ljbffr
