Capwatt promotes, owns and operates integrated energy optimization solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm.To join our team in Brescia, Italy, we are recruiting for the position of Treasury SpecialistMissionThe Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the management, planning and monitoring of the Italian company's cash flows, ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations.The figure will interface with banks, managing partners, regulatory bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient liquidity management and optimization of the company's financial structure.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure the operational management of the Italy Group's cash flow on a daily basis by controlling and optimizing the use of cash balance and ensuring the periodic reportingElaborate annual cash flow forecasts and budget and respective monthly update and executionManage banking products and services for all the Italian entitiesResponsibility for ensuring that Operational Treasury activities are carried out punctually in line with Group policies such as analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts, operational management of incoming and outgoing bank movements and their accountingMonitor the correct application by financial institutions of the contractual conditions agreed with the company and periodically check the conditions applied, pointing out any possibilities for improvementManage cash pooling for Italian entities as well as intra-group financingBe the point of contact as Treasury office of Capwatt Italia Holding with internal and external stakeholdersSupport the Finance team in audits, implementation of new projects and the continuous improvement of existing processes and activitiesActive participation in projects and initiatives (i.e. M&A, System implementation, etc.)RequirementsPrevious experience in managing treasury processes and financial planning in a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards, as well as consolidation principlesStrong relationship and communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse business partners, teams and cultures.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and several stakeholders.Experience in using treasury management systems (i.e. TMS, SAP).Energy sector is a plus.Knowledge of financial contracts and treasury sectorStrong relationship and communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse business partners, teams and cultures.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and several stakeholders.Experience in using treasury management systems (i.e. TMS, SAP).Energy sector is a plus.What we offerFlexible and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for continuous training and professional developmentPossibilities for internal mobility within an expanding company#J-*****-Ljbffr
