SECURITY MANAGERSan Clemente Palace Venice –This majestic resort immerses guests in a 900-year-old historic building, rich in charm and Renaissance tradition.It features a collection of beautifully restored monastic structures, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 6 hectares of ancient gardens offering breathtaking views of the city, along with 196 meticulously furnished rooms and suites – including the largest and most exclusive suite in Venice.Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale.Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.Serenity permeates the hotel's exclusive environment, enhanced by the hotel's heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay.The hotel's proximity to St. Mark's Square, its exceptional culinary offerings, and its unique combination of indoor and outdoor event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.Role DescriptionAs Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our guests, employees, and property across the island.You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment.Your main responsibilities will include :Supervising, training, and leading the Security teamImplementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plansMonitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the islandConducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessmentsEnsuring compliance with local regulations and internal policiesManaging CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processesResponding promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concernsCoordinating with external authorities when necessaryPreparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performanceSupporting VIP arrivals, high-profile events, and sensitive operationsProviding ongoing safety training for hotel employeesEnsuring a discreet, professional, and guest-focused security presenceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as Security Manager or senior Security Officer in luxury hospitality or a comparable high-standard environmentStrong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skillsSolid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocolsAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situationsHigh ethical standards, discretion, and integrityExcellent organizational and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reportingFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)A guest-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferA leadership role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury propertiesOpportunity to work in a unique, historical, and culturally rich environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageApply NowReady to lead security operations on one of Venice's most exclusive private islands?Send your CV and cover letter to :#J-*****-Ljbffr
