Who we areAt Caracol, we're not just changing the game: we're redefining the rules of the manufacturing world and expanding the boundaries of what's possible.Since our foundation in Milan, Italy, in ****, we've been on a mission to revolutionize Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM).By pioneering cutting-edge technology, we tackle the most complex challenges across aerospace, marine, energy, design, and architecture industries.Our solutions combine advanced robotics, patented extrusion systems and our proprietary Eidos Manufacturing software, enabling high-performance, large-scale production with unmatched efficiency and sustainability.Central to our innovation are our flagship platforms: Heron AM for 3D printing of large-scale composite parts and Vipra AM to produce large-scale metal components.With Europe's largest LFAM production center, a facility in Austin, TX, and an office in Dubai, Caracol operates on a truly global scale where innovation, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented team pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and shaping a more sustainable futureBUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURINGWho we are looking forAs a Sales Engineer, you will support the commercial growth of Caracol by combining a solid technical background with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored service solutions.Operating in close alignment with the senior sales team, you will be involved in managing client relationships, preparing technical-commercial offers, and driving the adoption of our advanced manufacturing services.A great fit for someone who blends technical expertise with the ability to understand others' needs, engage clients, while showing curiosity, proactivity, and the willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.Few examples of responsibilitiesSupport the acquisition of new customers, identifying opportunities and building client relationships through digital channels or in-person visits.Preparing technical and commercial proposals within the company CRM, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.Contribute to the development of sales documentation to guide customers, leveraging knowledge of AM and complementary manufacturing processes like CNC.Collaborate with internal teams (application engineering, production, service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Manage a customer portfolio for the recurring review business originating from Caracol's service assets.Contribute to updating the company CRM and building internal flows to improve business efficiency.Participate in fairs, events, and business development initiatives to promote Caracol's offering.Ideal BackgroundDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering / Technical field.At least year of experience in the 3D printing industry, CNC, Industrial Machinery.Basic knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies.Additional familiarity with complementary and traditional processes (CNC, composite lamination, thermoforming) is a plus.Technical background combined with the ability to understand client needs and effectively support the sale of advanced services.Basic knowledge of CAD programs and viewers.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power BI is considered a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary.Opportunity for career advancement.Friendly, international and innovative work environment.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Caracol is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Join us in shaping the future of Additive ManufacturingApply today and be part of our success story.#J-*****-Ljbffr
