Titolo: Assistente alle Vendite (Autonomo/Freelance) – Remoto Su BULL Europe BULL Europe è il distributore esclusivo delle miniescavatrici BULL nel mercato europeo.In seguito alla nostra forte crescita, cerchiamo un/una Assistente alle Vendite motivato/a per gestire le richieste in entrata, preparare preventivi e fatture e coordinare le consegne ai nostri clienti.Descrizione del ruolo: Come Assistente alle Vendite sarai la prima voce e il primo punto di contatto per i potenziali clienti.Gestirai le richieste in entrata (senza prospezione a freddo), presenterai la nostra gamma di prodotti e accompagnerai il cliente durante tutto il processo di preventivazione e fatturazione.Coordinerai inoltre la logistica delle consegne per garantire un'esperienza cliente fluida, professionale e di alta qualità dal primo contatto fino alla consegna finale.Responsabilità principali: Rispondere alle chiamate in entrata e gestire in modo rapido e professionale le richieste dei clienti Creare e inviare preventivi personalizzati e fatture con i nostri strumenti interni Organizzare e monitorare la logistica delle consegne; comunicare ai clienti le informazioni di spedizione Aggiornare e gestire con rigore i dati dei clienti e le transazioni Garantire un servizio di alta qualità e sviluppare relazioni durature con i clienti Profilo del candidato Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (indispensabile); altre lingue europee sono un plus Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra Esperienza in vendite o assistenza clienti è un plus; atteggiamento positivo e forte capacità di apprendimento sono essenziali Conoscenze di base di strumenti di e-commerce e software di fatturazione (formazione prevista) Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più attività contemporaneamente Gradita esperienza in macchine da costruzione, meccanica o automotive Tipo di contratto e status Collaborazione su progetto (freelance) con fisso mensile garantito Status: autonomo/freelance (necessaria capacità di fatturare; preferibile partita IVA/iscrizione alla previdenza per autonomi) Retribuzione Fisso: ***** €/mese Commissioni: fino a ***** €/mese Vantaggi Orario flessibile 100% da remoto Luogo di lavoro Completamente da remoto Title: Sales Assistant (Freelance/Autonomo) – Remote About BULL Europe: BULL Europe is the exclusive distribution partner for BULL mini-excavators in the European market.As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, and coordinate deliveries for our customers.Role overview: As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first voice and point of contact for prospective customers.You will manage inbound requests (no cold outreach), present our product range, and support customers throughout the quoting and invoicing process.You will also coordinate delivery logistics to ensure a smooth, professional, high-quality customer experience from first contact through final delivery.Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and handle customer requests promptly and professionally Create and send customized quotes and invoices using our internal tools Organize and track delivery logistics; communicate shipment details to customers Diligently update and manage customer data and transactions Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships Candidate profile: Strong command of English (essential); other European languages are a plus Excellent communication skills and team spirit Experience in sales or customer service is a plus; a positive attitude and strong learning ability are essential Basic knowledge of e-commerce tools and invoicing software (training provided) Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in construction equipment, mechanics, or automotive is a plus Contract and status Project-based freelance engagement with a guaranteed fixed monthly salary Status: self-employed/freelance (must be able to issue invoices; Italian VAT number preferred) Compensation Fixed fee: €1,200/month Commission: up to €2,000/month Benefits Flexible working hours 100% remote Work location Fully remote in Italy
