converting new ideas into action and expanding the limits of possibility.Salomon's heritage, culture, and commitment are tied together by one simple concept: the world's leading mountain people creating the world's leading mountain products.Salomon is responsibly committed towards the outdoor through its sustainability program.Diversity is one of Salomon's five values, therefore we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.Salomon is headquartered in Annecy, France.Job DescriptionThe sell thru specialist is responsible to enhance the consumer experience, the brand visibility and accelerate the stock rotation by leveraging the sell thru toolbox delivered by the Brand, delivering an excellent omnichannel Salomon consumer experience and qualitative Brand visibility.The role's primary focus is to ensure adequate Brand and Product presence in the assigned stores through VM, maximize sales through higher conversion actions, enhance the stores' relationships and report back to the business on most important indicators.In-store visibility – VM responsibleVisit assigned stores after first seasonal drop and regularly to implement best-in-class execution of Salomon branding and productsEnsure brand and products are in the right space, visible, re-arrange if neededProducts, fixtures, branding, communication maintenance and enhancementImplementation of seasonal stories and product technologies and warrant of Campaign visibility through branding tools and aesthetic senseManagement of shop windows and engagement zones, coordination of Salomon branding spaces constructionHelp the sales team to negotiate and obtain prime location for Brand and products placementSell-out supportCarry out promo/ sell-thru days/ demo daysSupport Campaigns and drive-to-store consumers and communities' events and activationsIdentify and facilitate potential stock replenishment/ return opportunities and submit reorders proposal to salespeopleShop Pro engagementDeliver store staff Brand and product trainings at store/s level and bigger clinicsManage relationship with Shop Pros and develop their Brand loveSupport for trade fairs and local events where applicableFacilitate business opportunities through strong relationshipsStores KPIs reportingBrand visibility reporting: photos of Salomon dedicated spaces, windows, branding with recommendations for improvementPeriodically create summaries from trainings including statistics and feedbackCompetition benchmark feedbackSell thru performance monitoring - where applicableSportstyle stores focusInstore check and report discrepancies versus standard (branding, assortment)Sell-out: support KA team in organized events in the storeManage relationship with store staff (incl. seeding) and develop their Brand loveBe the eyes and ears in epicentre for Sportstyle GenZ, gain information from shop pros on product demand and consumerRegularly feedback KA teams with informationQualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills:Ability to develop strong relationshipInfluential skills:Be able to influence and make things happenOutput orientation:set themselves ambitious targets, achieve them and know when to step back to improve the results.Be proactive, assert themselvesSense of customer service:Understand and integrate the needs of internal/external clients, to respond adequately in line with the interest of the companyAbility to work as a team member and to collaborate:Promote information sharing and team spirit, contribute to collective efficiencyCreativity and innovation:Explore, make new ideas come to life, striving ceaselessly to improve.Be creative to fall within innovation projects regardless of their level of responsibilityProfessional commitment:Demonstrate passion and personal investment to develop our brandIntegrity and trust: Respect corporate values and the duty of confidentialityEducation: Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field or similar education in VM or Retail ManagementExperience :3+ years of experience in VM, training, sales or Trade MarketingSportstyle/ Sport industry experiences or passion for fashion & sport is an advantageForeign languages:English and Italian fluentComputer skills:command of Microsoft OfficeAdditional InformationContract : Permanent, full timeDriving License mandatoryLocation : TrevisoReady to travel more than 80%, to do overnight stays and work on weekends#J-*****-Ljbffr
