Stiamo cercando un Sales Tech Specialist (CRM + AI Assistant) con passione per CRM, AI e No-CodeSei appassionat* di tecnologia, AI e automazioni?Hai già avuto a che fare con CRM come HubSpot e ti entusiasma l'idea di contribuire a trasformare i processi commerciali con strumenti innovativi?Blastness, leader nelle soluzioni digitali per l'hotellerie, cerca un* giovane talent* da dedicare a due progetti chiave:Implementazione e ottimizzazione di HubSpot come CRM di riferimentoRevisione dei processi sales con il supporto dell'intelligenza artificialeChi cerchiamoUna persona che abbia:Conoscenza pratica di HubSpot (o di altri CRM con forte predisposizione a imparare velocemente HubSpot)Interesse o esperienza personale nel mondo AI (automazioni, prompt design, strumenti AI generativi, ecc.)Passione per il mondo tech e no-code (es. Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, ecc.)Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni in ambito digital, tech o sales operationsCreatività e sensibilità grafica – dimestichezza con strumenti come Canva o similiCosa offriamoUn progetto da costruire da zero insieme, con grande autonomia e impattoAccesso a tool avanzati (AI, automazione, CRM)Possibilità di contribuire direttamente alla trasformazione digitale di un'azienda in crescitaAmbiente giovane, tech-oriented e sfidanteLuogo di lavoro: modalità ibrida – 3 giorni in presenza presso la sede di Roma, 2 giorni in smart workingValuteremo ogni candidatura con attenzione e contatteremo i profili che riteniamo in linea per il proseguimento del processo.
