Relocation: requires relocation to Luxembourg office.About SatispaySatispay was born to revolutionise everyday payments making them simple, fair and accessible to everyone.Now the focus has moved even further aiming to shape the future of money.We are a movement empowering millions of people driven by a shared purpose to tackle big challenges.We are just getting started.We move quickly, think boldly and trust each other to challenge the norm while learning and growing as we go.If you're looking for more than just your next job, if you want to build something impactful with a talented team, you're in the right place.What you'll be doingAs anAssociate Legal Counselyou'll be a core member of our Legal team driving strategic initiatives across product development, regulatory compliance and business operations.You'll serve as the primary legal point of contact for investment and payment-related matters and will work closely with cross-functional teams including Tech Strategy, Marketing, Compliance and other business stakeholders.Your role will involve providing strategic legal advice, fostering innovation and ensuring regulatory compliance across Satispay's diverse offerings.Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Strategic advisory– Play the role of strategic product counsel throughout the lifecycle of new product and feature development from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with Satispay's goals and regulatory compliance.Cross-team collaboration– Partner with business teams to create groundbreaking services by developing innovative legal solutions that balance business needs with risk management.Legal drafting and negotiation– Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including partnerships, vendor contracts, terms of service and other customer-facing documentation.Regulatory compliance support– Work closely with the Compliance department to ensure products and services align with applicable financial regulations, including those related to e-money, MiFID services or similar frameworks.Assist in managing relationships with regulatory authorities.Horizon scanning– Proactively monitor regulatory developments and emerging trends, assessing their implications for the business and ensuring timely adaptation to maintain compliance and support strategic objectives.Who we are looking forLegal and financial background– You are a lawyer with at Cincinnatilegal at least 5 years of experience in advising on financial regulations and customer-facing???
