As a Retail Sales Expert, you will support the Enimoov SpA sales network.Specifically, you will work within the fuel distribution network, supporting colleagues in the Enilive SpA sales force in the management, monitoring, and commercial development of fuel distribution outlets.Main activitiesSupport the management, development and commercial growth of the perimeter of the fuel distribution points of the assigned Enilive commercial branchMonitor and analyze the sales performance of fuel and all related services, resulting from partnerships signed with various retail playersCollaborate and support the Enilive sales force in relations with contractors/associates assigned to fuel service stations, in order to achieve the pre-established commercial objectivesConduct regular visits to facilities to monitor and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and image standards, guidelines and company commercial policiesMonitor the local market, competitors and demand dynamics to suggest and propose strategic actions aimed at achieving quantitative and qualitative objectivesEnsure the correct display of products and the availability of services offered on the distribution networkPeriodically verify and analyze commercial and operational KPIs such as: fuel volumes, margins and performance of non-oil/food formatsCollect feedback from the Enilive sales force aimed at continuously improving company flows and processesSupport the Sales Management in defining the budget and monitoring resultsRequired characteristicsMaster's degree, preferably in economics; lower or higher educational qualifications may be considered, provided significant experience relevant to the position is demonstratedAt least 3 years of work experience, preferably in commercial roles in retail sectorsGood knowledge of the English languageWillingness to travel frequently between stores within the assigned branchMastery of digital tools (management – CRM – Office package)Completing the profileRome office.We promote flexible work arrangements, including smart working options to support a better work-life balance.We offerPermanent employment contract; our national collective labor agreement and the Energy and Oil National Collective Bargaining AgreementCompensation commensurate with the person's experienceReward system and comprehensive program of benefits and welfare initiativesFind out more: welfare linkA work environment where everyone feels recognized and appreciated for their uniqueness.The most interesting candidates will be contacted for the next stages.Who We AreEnimoov SpA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enilive SpA, operates in the fuel distribution and mobility services market through the management of Eni-owned service stations and in the wholesale marketing and distribution of petroleum products, leveraging a widespread logistics network throughout the country.#J-*****-Ljbffr
