Financial Accountant Specialist – Italy

We are seeking a highly skilledFinancial Controllerto join our team in Italy.The role will report directly to theCountry Manager – Italywith a dotted line to theCFO – HQ.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:Direct reporting to Country Manager-Italy and dotted line to CFO-HQ.Manage accounting and financial operations.Preparemonthly reports, including balance sheets and P&L statements.Preparecash flow statementsand manage all reconciliations with third parties.Overseebudgeting and financial planningprocesses.Ensurefinancial accuracyand compliance with internal policies.Ensure adherence tolegal and regulatory standards.Coordinateinternal and external audits.Evaluate operational costs toimprove efficiency.Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum4 years of experiencein a similar role.Experience inaccounting, financial planning, internal controls, and audit.Strong knowledge ofIFRS reportingand financial analysis.Advanced level ofEnglish(written and spoken).Strong command ofMS Office applications.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proactive, open-minded, andglobal perspective.Audit experience is a plus.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Accounting/AuditingIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and StorageLocationGreater Trieste Metropolitan Area, ItalyWe're looking forward to receiving your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
