About BYD Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature.We are looking for talent that connects with this mission and want to create positive impact by joining a diverse and dynamic team.BYD is a leading high-tech multinational based in Shenzhen China.Operates in four core fields of IT automotive new energy and rail transit and employs over ****** people worldwide.As a global pioneer in New Energy Solutions BYD is dedicated to building a zero-emission ecosystem.BYD Europe BV located in Hoofddorp Netherlands.BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles including all-electric cars all-electric buses and all-electric forklift trucks.We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our forklifts and material handling equipment business both in Italy and abroad.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate under the supervision of the Country Manager and European Director both in Italy and internationallySupport and develop sales activities through the Dealer network across assigned territoriesPromote and sell forklifts products to direct customersSupport the local dealer network by visiting clients providing commercial support and identifying sales opportunitiesManage relationships with existing customers and build trust with new onesVisit key customers to strengthen business relationships and promote solutions and salesMeet and exceed commercial targets set by the Country Manager and European Director and provide regular reportsUnderstand customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our product portfolioPrepare sales reports forecasts and market analysis for the Country Manager and European DirectorIdentify and pursue new B2B opportunities in target marketsAttend industry events exhibitions and customer meetings as neededRemain updated on product developments market trends and competitorsMain RequirementsEducational background in Business/Economics or Engineering (preferred)Experience as a sales Manager in the material handling sector or relevant B2B industries.Knowledge of the forklift/material handling market is a significant advantageStrong sales negotiation and communication capabilitiesCustomer-centric mindset and problem-solving approachExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsHonest resilient flexible and open-minded personalityResults-driven with a clear focus on commercial objectivesFluent in English and Italian; knowledge of an additional language is an assetAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and abroadExperience working in multicultural environments or demonstrated cultural awarenessAbility to build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior dealer managementInternational mindset with business maturity and understanding of global trade dynamicsLocation: ItalyType of Employment: Full-timeKey Skillsarea managementEmployee EvaluationCold CallingConstruction ExperienceManagement ExperienceProfit & LossTerritory ManagementRestorationSales ManagementBudgetingLeadership ExperienceMentoringEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-*****-Ljbffr
