Au sein de Mota-Engil Afrique, vous serez chargé(e) de gérer et de superviser les activités de la société constituée au Luxembourg, en garantissant la conformité légale et réglementaire totale et en soutenant les opérations financières du groupe.La fonction couvre des responsabilités juridiques et corporatives, notamment l'analyse, la négociation et la rédaction de contrats et de documents juridiques liés aux transactions financières, aux paquets de garanties, aux accords de maintenance, aux lettres de confort, aux garanties de la société mère ou intergroupes, aux garanties bancaires, aux cautions et aux documents financiers connexes, ainsi que l'interaction avec les institutions financières, les consultants externes et les parties prenantes internes.Ce poste offre la possibilité de jouer un rôle clé dans la structure financière internationale du groupe basé au Luxembourg.Qualifications Licence en droit;5 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en droit bancaire ou financier;Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais;Solides connaissances et expérience pratique du droit anglais;Expérience avérée dans la négociation d'accords financiers (y compris les accords MLA standard), de garanties bancaires et d'autres documents juridiques liés aux opérations financières;Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes;Sens aigu des responsabilités et éthique professionnelle;Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation;Esprit d'équipe et mentalité axée sur les résultats.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function LegalIndustries Construction#J-*****-Ljbffr
