L'AziendaHenry Beguelin è un marchio italiano indipendente specializzato in accessori artigianali Made in Italy.Le nostre borse e calzature sono realizzate con un approccio "slow" e materiali selezionati con estrema cura.Siamo in una fase di rilancio internazionale e cerchiamo una figura chiave per potenziare il nostro team prodotto.Missione del RuoloGuidare e coordinare lo sviluppo collezione lavorando fianco a fianco con la Direzione Creativa, i laboratori e i fornitori.Il ruolo è fortemente orientato allaricerca materiali,negoziazione prezzi,gestione prototipi/campionari, e alrispetto dei tempipiù che all'analisi commerciale.Responsabilità principaligestire il calendario collezioni: concept ? prototipi ? campionari ? pre-produzionelavorare con la Direzione Creativa per selezione materiali, accessori, pellami, colori e costruzioniscouting fornitori e laboratori: ricerca nuove opportunità, visite, valutazione capacità produttivanegoziazione costi, tempi e condizioni con fornitori (materiali + produzione)preparazione e gestione distinte base, schede tecniche e documentazione prodottocoordinamento prototipia: richieste, briefing tecnici, fitting, commenti, correzionigestione campionari stagionali (salesman sample) e supporto allo showroommonitoraggio avanzamento ordini materiali e prototipi rispettando timing di collezionecontrollo qualità su pelli, accessori, lavorazioni e finituregestione criticità produttive (ritardi, problemi tecnici, non conformità) con approccio proattivosupporto alla produzione nei lanci stagionalicollaborazione continua con il team OperationsRequisiti3–6 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo prodotto accessori (borse o calzature;entrambi è un plus)ottima conoscenza dei materiali (pelli, suole, accessori metallici) e dei processi produttivicompetenze solide in sourcing e negoziazione con fornitori italianicapacità di costruire e gestire distinte base, prototipi e campionisensibilità di prodotto e capacità di tradurre input creativi in soluzioni industrialiottima gestione dei tempi e dei flussi operativi, stile strutturato e affidabileinglese buono per interfaccia internazionaleapprezzata esperienza in aziende come Furla, Coccinelle, Gianni Chiarini, Orciani, Pollini, Santoni o similiCosa offriamoruolo centrale nel cuore dello sviluppo prodotto Henry Beguelinpossibilità di influenzare materiali, fornitori e costruzioniambiente artigianale, collaborativo e orientato alla qualitàinterazione diretta con la Direzione Creativa e il CEOreale spazio di crescita professionaletion skills
