Are you passionate about fragrances, leadership, and luxury retail?Join the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze and become part of a brand that celebrates Italian elegance and olfactory excellence.With its unique identity characterized by an original blend of Florentine heritage, iconic fragrances, and timeless elegance, the renowned fragrance house, Dr. Vranjes Firenze, embodies the perfect balance between roots and innovation.Founded in ****, it emphasizes the precious Florentine heritage in everything it does and delivers multisensorial well-being, capturing the elegance of Florence, its tradition of craftsmanship, and the art of perfumery in every scented décor object and Eau De Parfum.Each fragrance is the result of ongoing scientific and creative research into essences, along with a sophisticated formulation with unrivalled persistence and durability.As a Store Manager, you will lead by example and be the leader of the client experience, team performance, and boutique excellence.You will inspire your team, elevate customer service standards, and drive the boutique's commercial success, fully aligned with the brand's image and values.Location :NEW OPENING BRESCIA, ITALYWhat You'll DoLeadership & People ManagementSupport the integration of new team members, ensuring each new joiner receives the full onboarding journey, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture and operations.Act as a role model in communication, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings, to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated.Develop and empower your team through continuous coaching and regular feedback.Recognize individual strengths and areas for growth.Engage and hire talent from the market through networking and scouting.Organize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs.Client Experience & SalesAct as a Brand Ambassador in the local market by identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase footfall and build strong client relationships.Foster a service culture that represents Dr. Vranjes Firenze's olfactory storytelling and elegance.Ensure every client receives a unique, personalized luxury experience.Support the team in clienteling actions to build loyalty and retention.Business Performance & KPIsLead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving performance excellence and contributing directly to the store's overall success.Coach and support team members in optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.Monitor sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and store objectives.Implement commercial strategies in alignment with corporate goals.Identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.Provide weekly performance reports to the Head Office.Collaborate with the Retail department to plan local events.Boutique Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure operational excellence, stock accuracy and compliance with company policies.Guarantee compliance with Company guidelines on cash handling, stock management, logistics, and all key reporting duties mandated by the head office.Oversee inventory, shipments and daily reporting.Guarantee the highest level of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.Ensure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized in order to provide best in class client experience.Ensure that all Store Facilities are maintained.Oversee effective day to day business and operations processes.What We're Looking ForExperience & SkillsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail (Fragrance / Beauty / Fashion highly preferred).Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen.Fluent in Italian and English ; additional languages are a plus.Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.Your PersonalityCharismatic, inspiring, proactive and flexible.Deeply service-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-focused, and results-driven.Client centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectationsFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.Are you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us?Join us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze.#J-*****-Ljbffr
