Per prestigiosa officina Multibrand sita a Torino Nord,siamo alla ricerca di un Warranty Specialist.La figura selezionata gestisce e monitora i processi di garanzia, assicurando la conformità alle procedure delle case madri e la massima efficienza dei flussi operativi tra officina, magazzino e front-end.nello specifico si occuperà di:Gestire lepratiche di garanzia , assicurandone la corretta compilazione, archiviazione e conformità alle procedure delle case costruttrici.Monitorare e verificherai lerichieste di rimborso e le autorizzazioni tecniche , garantendo il rispetto delle policy e delle tempistiche previste.Collaborare conofficina, magazzino e consulenti serviceper fornire supporto operativo e tecnico, favorendo la fluidità e la coerenza dei processi interni.Contribuire allaredditività del reparto officina , assicurando il corretto rimborso delle garanzie e la conformità delle lavorazioni.Gestire leazioni di richiamo e i controlli di qualità , nel rispetto delle procedure indicate dai costruttori.Cosa ricerchiamo:esperienza pregressa di almeno sei mesi nel ruolo;Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di analisi e metodo operativo.Caratteristiche offerta:- Sede di lavoro: Torino Nord (TO)- Orari di lavoro: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì, orario centrale.Tipologia contrattuale offerta: iniziale inserimento con contratto di Somministrazione, con concreta possibilità di stabilizzazione.Ral: 5 - 4 liv.ccnl commercio.Annuncio pubblicato da NHRG Srl - Agenzia per il Lavoro, autorizzata dal Ministero del Lavoro per le attività di Somministrazione del Personale.Offerta in linea all'esperienza maturata dal candidato scelto.Le offerte sono rivolte a candidati ambosessi (L.******) e in ottemperanza con la nostra privacy policy (Regolamento UE n. ********)
