OverviewDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoroOverviewWho We AreWe are a distributed group of JVM specialists within NTT DATA Romania, known as the Java Competence Center.We co-create and co-accelerate with key players in any field, delivering SaaS platforms across domains including Web Applications in e-Commerce, Automotive, Telco, Insurance, Banking and Public sector, Big Data and scientific applications.Our current emphasis lies on PaaS solutions with a focus on Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, AWS, and Cloud Foundry.With increasing demand for Microservices projects, we have created a reference architecture for major clients and identified frameworks highly sought after by large enterprises we collaborate with.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend components for a cloud-based enterprise software solution.Drive the cloudification of a legacy system into a scalable, cloud-native architecture.Implement microservice-based solutions aligned with enterprise automotive standards.Apply solid knowledge of transactional concepts, caching strategies, and optimized data access for large-scale datasets.Ensure high-quality code through Unit Testing, System Testing, and Integration Testing.Support and contribute to test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client-specific development guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar positionExperience as a Java Backend Developer, with proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks / librariesSolid knowledge of transactional concepts, caching strategies, and performance-optimized data accessExperience working with relational databases such as Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL as well with NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with Jakarta EE, Quarkus is a plusExperience with test automation frameworks and CI / CD pipelinesProficiency in testing practices including Unit, System, and Integration TestingFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plusAbility to follow enterprise-grade development guidelines and collaborate in cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practicesExperience in the automotive industry is a plusExcellent command of both spoken and written English; German language skills are considered a plusJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
