TRUSSARDIis a lifestyle brand that represents the essence of timeless elegance, resulting from 120 years of history in design, culture, and people.The brand's philosophy skilfully blends heritage and functionality through a contemporary approach, creating distinctive clothing and accessories for men and women.Beyond fashion, Trussardi embodies a genuine lifestyle concept, capable of extending the elegance of the brand into various contexts to enrich everyday life with style and refinement.Wholesale Commercial AnalystAs aWholesale Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and optimization of the business in our reference markets.Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will work closely with the Wholesale team and cross-functional departments including Product, Merchandising, and Finance.You will provide accurate analyses and strategic insights aimed at driving revenue growth and improving profitability.Your MissionYour mission will be to translate data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of effective commercial strategies and the positioning of our brands in the premium segment.Your ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and analyze wholesale sales data.Monitor KPIs such as revenue, profitability, stock, and orders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.Support the definition of budgets, forecasts, and commercial strategies with dedicated reports and analyses.Provide daily updates to the commercial team on performance vs budget and support them by identifying and sharing budget targets by channel, customer, and category.Develop tools and dashboards to support the commercial team and management.Collaborate with internal teams to align performance with business objectives.Manage the appointment calendar of area managers.RequirementsA strong academic background in Management Engineering, Economics, or related analytical fields.Previous experience, even at a junior level, as Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or in similar roles within fashion, retail, or wholesale companies.Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Ability to transform data into insights and actionable recommendations.Precision, problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and team spirit.Strong communication skills, able to present data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.What we OfferRole-specific onboarding, where you will be trained on our business, our processes, and have the opportunity to see how a store operates.A meritocratic environment where investing in young people is a priority, as exemplified by the Shadow Board, a shadow board made up of young talents from the Miroglio Group.A Performance Management process that will allow you to grow 360° through continuous feedback.Training paths, both individual and group (classroom, e-learning, and coaching).Opportunities for job rotation and special projects.Discounts on all our in-store products.LocationMilan HQ, with hybrid model.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion#J-*****-Ljbffr
