Telecommunications Engineer

My Client is a large international EPCM who are working on a project in Libya.Due to expansion, the Client is searching a Telecoms Engineer for a 12 month renewable contract to be based in Milan in Italy where the Feed stage is being executed.The Telecoms Engineer will be required to:Have 10 years + experience in a specific disciplineHave a Bachelors degree or equivalentHave a minimum of 5 years experience offshoreHave experience in Design, engineering and construction projectsThe Telecoms Engineer will be required to:To review the Telecoms systemReview technical specificationsReview Data sheets and drawingsEnsure drawings meet industry standardsPrepare Telecom Equipment material requisitions and Technical Bid EvaluationsPrepare FAT'sSupervise installation and commissioningTroubleshootSupport plant operations with telecom system upgrades, and configuration changesMaintain telecom documentation including network diagramsBe familiar with PAGA, CCTV, IP networking, fibre optics and structured cablingIf you feel you have the above experience and able to mobilise to Italy at shot notice, please feel free to apply
