procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation, both during procedures in the cathlab and before and after procedures.Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staffInteract with KOL and proctorsProvide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implantsDevelop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOPBusiness IntelligenceEducate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programsThroughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcomeProvide training and guidance to new Field Clinical SpecialistsPlan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales ManagementValidate software and hardware updates in the field as applicableLearns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and "language" of the market and Edwards LifesciencesFully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales SpecialistBe part of the FCSs team, with high level of constructive collaboration and availability to travel within the Country in case of case coverage needsOther incidental dutiesWhat you'll need:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field with training experience in clinical / technical environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.This position will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external physician partnersDemonstrated excellence in meeting customer/patient expectationsEffectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situationsAbility to solve problems and set prioritiesSelf-motivation and willingness to make echocardiographic equipment (TEE, TTE, ICE) and analyzing echocardiographic images is strongly preferredStrong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiologyExperience working in cardiac Cath lab and/or operation roomThe position may require up to 80% travel (primarily in Italy and, on exceptions, in the EU)What else we look for:Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general
