The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, movement dysfunctions, or functional limitations.This role focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving functional independence, and preventing disability through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.The Physical Therapist collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findingsProvide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional trainingMonitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and modify treatment plans as neededEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury preventionMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standardsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate careSupervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and other clinical staff as applicableEnsure patient safety, proper body mechanics, and adherence to infection control practicesComply with ethical standards, state practice acts, and healthcare regulationsRequired QualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programMust have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable stateStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principlesAbility to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across diverse age groups and conditionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skillsProficiency with clinical documentation and electronic health record systemsPreferred QualificationsPrior clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settingsExperience treating orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or post-surgical conditionsCertificationsCPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (if required by facility or state regulations)#J-*****-Ljbffr
