Cosa ti proponiamo?All'interno del team Group Procurement and Strategic Sourcing' siamo alla ricerca di un Vendor Manager che avr la responsabilit di sviluppare strategie di selezione dei fornitori e manutenzione del relativo albo con particolare focus all'eleggibilit degli stessi che operano nei servizi venduti da Engineering alla Pubblica Amministrazione.Quali saranno le tue attivit e responsabilit ?- Definire e mantenere un set strutturato di dati per la qualifica dei fornitori' in conformit con normative settoriali (es. DORA' NIS2) e trasversali (es. ESG' D.Lgs. 231' AS****' ISO)' al fine di facilitare l'identificazione rapida dei fornitori idonei per progetti e clienti' e supportare la digitalizzazione delle attivit di Procurement, - Agire come punto di riferimento per la valutazione di fornitori e subappalti derivanti da gare pubbliche' assicurando il rispetto dei vincoli normativi e contrattuali connessi agli appalti, - Verificare la conformit degli acquisti in subappalto rispetto alla normativa vigente (es. Codice degli Appalti' normativa ANAC), - Monitorare le performance dei fornitori attraverso il feedback dei clienti interni e organizzare periodiche business review per discutere risultati' opportunit ' rischi e rafforzare le relazioni strategiche, - Supportare la redazione e revisione della documentazione di gara' inclusi i capitolati tecnici' e gestire operativamente le procedure di gara (es. MEPA' piattaforme di e-procurement), - Gestire eventuali controversie contrattuali e fornire supporto legale di primo livello.Qualifiche e competenze richieste: - Laurea in Giurisprudenza' Economia' Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini, - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 6-7 anni in ruoli analoghi' preferibilmente nel settore pubblico o in aziende che operano con la PA, - Conoscenza approfondita del Codice degli Appalti (D.Lgs. *******) e delle normative correlate, - Ottima capacit di redazione contrattuale e di analisi documentale, - Competenze nella gestione di piattaforme di e-procurement (es.
