PositionThe Head of RTW Manufacturing is responsible for the end-to-end management of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) production.Reporting to the Industrial Director RTW & Knitwear, this role requires a deep understanding of the RTW products, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire production process, from material sourcing and cutting to assembly, finishing, and packaging;Lead product industrialization and supervise external manufacturers, ensuring the qualitative and quantitative level of output and the respect of the production budget and schedule;Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols;Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness;Identify and implement opportunities for innovation in manufacturing processes and materials;Collaborate with the Product team to scout new external manufacturers as well as new production methods, aiming to elevate quality and to optimize costs and resources;Manage budgets and resources allocated to the RTW department;Foster strong relationships with suppliers;Monitor industry trends and developments in RTW manufacturing technology;Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the production process;Stay up to date on relevant regulations and ensure compliance.Profile15+ years of experience in luxury manufacturing, with a focus on RTW;Ability to improve performance and satisfactions;Demonstrated project management experience;People management and development skills;Excellent verbal and written communication;Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.#J-*****-Ljbffr
