Marketing Specialist (Performance & Lead Gen) Top 50 Fastest Growing Startups in Southern Europe **** (Sifted)VC-backed, disrupting the rental marketAbout UsAt Zappyrent, we are redefining long-term home rentals by making the process easier, safer, and more efficient for both tenants and landlords.Our platform automates the rental journey, eliminating friction in a market ripe for disruption.Join a fast-growing team that is reshaping the real estate experience in ItalyThe RoleWe are looking for a Performance-driven Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our lead acquisition funnel.You won't just be "running ads"; you will be responsible for the entire engine that powers our sales team.This role is a hybrid of creative execution and data analysis.If you are a problem-solver who loves to see their campaigns turn into real revenue, this is for you.What You'll DoEnd-to-End Campaign Management: Execute and optimize lead acquisition campaigns across multiple social channels (Meta, etc.) and offline media according to our internal playbook.In some cases, you will coordinate with a specialist of the channel (ex.
