CHI SIAMO: AGAP2 è un gruppo europeo di consulenza ingegneristica e operativa facente parte del Gruppo MoOngy.Presente in 14 Paesi europei con oltre ***** dipendenti, abbiamo aperto, da quattro anni, la prima sede italiana a Milano e, vista la continua crescita, stiamo rafforzando e ampliando il nostro team con persone che condividano gli stessi valori della nostra società: AMBIZIONE, SORRISO, DINAMISMO, VOGLIA DI METTERSI IN GIOCO, il tutto in una realtà in continua evoluzione, nella quale le relazioni umane sono sempre al primo posto.IL TUO RUOLO: Stiamo ricercando, per un nostro importante partner aziendale, un Tech Assistance da inserire in un progetto , la risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione dei ticket di assistenza tecnica di primo livello (VEH), garantendo supporto ai riparatori e assicurando la corretta applicazione delle procedure aziendali.Il ruolo prevede attività di analisi, diagnosi e supporto remoto in lingua italiana e inglese , in collaborazione diretta con i centri di riparazione.Opportunità da remoto .RESPONSABILITA ' : Garantire il primo livello di supporto tecnico VEH per tutte le richieste di riparazione. Comprendere e identificare il problema riscontrato dal riparatore. Fornire assistenza remota diretta al riparatore nella sua lingua, assicurando la chiarezza delle informazioni tecniche. Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure e degli standard. Analizzare le richieste e ricercare soluzioni nella knowledge base disponibile. Verificare che il riparatore abbia applicato tutti i mezzi e le raccomandazioni fornite. Suggerire azioni correttive e fornire la soluzione quando nota o disponibile. REQUISITI: Esperienza nel settore aftersales automotive e nel diagnostico tecnico dei veicoli. Conoscenza approfondita dei principali sistemi e componenti dei veicoli: CHBO – Chassis & Body / EECV – Electricity, Electronics & Connected Vehicle / GDEP – Gasoline Diesel Engine Powertrain / GHEC – Hybrid & Electrical Engine Powertrain Ottime capacità comunicative (scritte e orali). Orientamento ai risultati e capacità organizzative.
