Job Description Shape the Future of Payments with Nexi in ****Envision a world where every transaction feels effortless, safe, and connected.At Nexi, we're leading this transformation, building tools and solutions that redefine how the world pays.By joining us, you'll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, international environment.Why This Role Is Right for YouAs a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Italy.We work on partnering with local Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to co-develop and scale joint go-to-market plans that drive adoption of Nexi payment solutions among SME merchants and accelerate pipeline growth.About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will :Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and integrated partner marketing campaigns with Independent Software Vendors to generate qualified leads and pipeline.Own the partner marketing lifecycle for your market — partner acquisition, onboarding, lead nurturing, MDF management and performance reporting.Create partner enablement assets that help Partner Sales convert faster.Plan and deliver local partner events and build partner communities to increase engagement and brand awareness.Coordinate with Product, Proposition and Central Partner teams to localise offers and feed market insights into product and proposition development.Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise using data and marketing automation / CRM insights.Manage local budgets, vendor and agency relationships to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.What Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone eager to make a difference.Here's what we value :Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Significant experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated partner / ISV experience.Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) and campaign analytics.Proven experience delivering integrated demand-generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.Fluent in English and Italian.Bonus SkillsExperience working with cloud ecosystems and ISV go-to-market models (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce).Experience managing MDF / co-funded partner programs and tracking ROI.Background in payments, fintech or SME marketing.Proven track record organising local partner events and community programmes.Knowledge of GDPR and EU marketing compliance.What's in it for YouAttractive salary and competitive benefits package.Collaborate with an international team across Europe and bring ideas to life.Grow and develop through structured training and PayTech University.Discover Life at NexiWe're an international team of 10,000+ people across 25 countries, united by shared ambition and a passion for innovation.Learn more about our culture, values, and how we're shaping the future of digital payments.Visit our Life at Nexi page.Diversity and Inclusion at NexiWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Together, we succeed by embracing our differences and creating a future where everyone can thrive.Your Next Step Starts HereIf this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear your story.Submit your application today, and let's shape the future of digital payments together.#J-*****-Ljbffr
