Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Junior HR Support.We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Support to join the Human Resources team at Pramac Group Headquarters.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company.As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting various HR processes and initiativesMain accountabilities:- Assist in managing recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.- Provide support with administrative activities, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and liaising with external agencies for internship activations.- Contribute to the identification of training needs, design employee training plans, and coordinate their execution.- Collaborate on the implementation of the internal communication plan to enhance engagement and transparency within the organization.What We Offer:- A chance to work in a dynamic and international environment.- Exposure to various aspects of HR management in a growing global company.- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office;- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Workday system knowledge is a plus.- English language knowledge at a proficiency levelJob Location- Casole d'Elsa (Siena)If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.We want to hear from you
