Amilon is the company that revolutionized the digital gift card market, introducing them first in Italy .With headquarters in Italy and offices in Poland and Spain, today we are not just a gift card reseller, but a Digital Value enabler operating in three strategic areas: Reselling, Processing and Media & Engagement.Thanks to our proprietary technology and innovative approach, we transform gift cards into valuable tools for companies, retailers and brands, creating new opportunities for incentive, engagement and monetization.We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team.The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recording of basic accounting entries (customer/supplier invoices, general ledger, expense reports).Assist in account reconciliation activities (bank, customers, suppliers).Help manage e-invoicing and document archiving.Support month-end and year-end closing activities (reconciliations, reports).Collaborate in preparing VAT returns and other tax compliance activities.Carry out general administrative tasks (document management, database updates).RequirementsDiploma in Accounting or a bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping.Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.Team player with good communication skills.Basic knowledge of English (A2–B1 level).Nice to HavePrevious experience (even internship) in administrative or accounting roles.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zucchetti, DocFinance, or similar).Basic understanding of VAT regulations and the purchase/sales invoice process.Ready to grow your career in accounting?Apply now and join a dynamic team where you can learn, contribute, and make an impact
