We are looking for a brilliant Service & Spare Parts Specialist with a strong passion for technology and the motivation to work in a multicultural, international, and challenging environment characterized by high technological complexity.A background in CNC machine tools and service operations is highly desirable.You will be involved in a growth and professional training path, supported by senior colleagues, to ensure optimal management of after-sales activities.Your role will include assisting customers with the supply of spare parts and technical upgrades.The ideal candidate doesn't just send out quotations—you actively follow up, maintain close contact with the customer, and find effective ways to persuade them to finalize the purchase.Experience in the service field is essential, and it is preferable that you are currently working in a service department within the CNC machinery sector.You should enjoy being in close contact with the workshop environment, where you can see and physically interact with the machine tools you support through spare parts and service.Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn—both in the workshop and on job sites—are key traits.Additionally, you should be able to read and interpret user and maintenance manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.Familiarity with Siemens systems is a strong advantage.Knowledge or experience with artificial intelligence tools is also preferred.A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust and close deals are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain consistent and positive relations with customersPrepare and issue technical and commercial offersReceive and process purchase ordersCollect job status information from assigned resources and provide feedback to customersMonitor open accounting issuesCollaborate proactively with agents and local representative officesProvide feedback to Executive ManagementRequired ProfileFluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is desirableGood office skills (Excel, Word) and ERP (SAP)Willingness to travel occasionally for short periodsCustomer satisfaction attitude and mindsetPresently working in a service department or has experience in the service departmentExperience in the machine tools industry, preferably CNC machine toolsAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, operator and maintenance manuals, mechanical and electrical component manualsFamiliarity with AI and digital toolsHands-on, curious, eager to learn in workshops or job sitesHumble listener and brilliant proposer of alternative solutions to customersResilient and tenacious, doesn't give up easilyDriven, persistent, and skilled in building trust and closing deals through consistent engagement and strategic communicationSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionCustomer Service and SalesLocation: Castellanza, Lombardy, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
