Lufthansa Technik Milanis looking for you to join our team inMalpensa.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveTooling Procurement & Controlling Specialistto join our aviation logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the availability, compliance, and traceability of specialized tooling used in aircraft maintenance and operations.TasksContact for maintenance planning and production on material and tool provisioningEnsures availability of tools and equipment for line and base maintenancePerforms basic maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipmentManages logistics for sales, loans and shipments per customer needsOversees provisioning with warehouse, suppliers, forwarders and customsEnsures material flow and information exchange during maintenanceSupports planning for material evaluation of customer requestsClarifies provisioning deadlines and joins production meetingsPerforms incoming checks and bookings in warehouse systemHandles storage, picking, packing and shipping of materials and toolsSupports team and assists in warehouse operations and projectsRequirementsProven experience in aviation logistics, tooling management, or procurement.Familiarity with aviation maintenance environments and tooling standards (e.g., EASA Part-145, FAA).Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Technical background or certification in aviation maintenance is a plus.Italian nationality or a valid residence and working permission for Italy.About Lufthansa Technik Milan S.R.L. Lufthansa Technik Milan is a fully owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG specialized in providing a full range of aircraft maintenance services, 24/7 AOG recovery, as well as logistics services. Lufthansa Technik Milan current capability includes Airbus A320 Family, A330, 737NG, 777, 787 and A350. Since September **** Lufthansa Technik Milan is approved for A-Checks on A330 and Base Maintenance on A320 Family enabling it to carry out more extensive maintenance work at the Malpensa base like for example engine and APU changes, structural repairs, complex modification, engine washes, air turbine tests, borescope inspections and full engine run-ups amongst other services.
