The Company KIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for aFixed Term Sourcing Specialist–Bulk & Assemblingto join KIKO MILANO's Sourcing Team, reporting to the Head of sourcing.Such talent is responsible of handling the Bulk & Assembly category suppliers' portfolio and negotiating best purchasing costs for new product launches to concur to the best profitable business opportunities for the Company.In particular, you will: Lead the tenders for the launch of new products with the involved suppliers, in response of Marketing plans.Negotiate the best conditions in terms of timing and pricing with the involved suppliers.Monitor and strategically intervene on spending of reference Category suppliers, to ensure their most sustainable and mutually convenient growth Keep a constant eye on category portfolio's best balance in terms of production capacities and suppliers' potentials and specialties, to make sure involvement of the best players per each new project Monitor the reference market to scout for new potential supply sources and be the leading guide of their evaluation and onboarding processWhat you will need to succeed Degree in Economics or equivalent Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role Fluent in written and spoken English Solid negotiation and analytical skills Very good use of ExcelWe would love if you had A leader-driven approach: Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results Placing the customer first, driving change and leading by example Collaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversity Ability to learn on the job Ability to manage change Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams Active listening Emotional intelligence Openness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.Tutte le posizioni aperte in KIKO sono rivolte anche ai candidati appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.*****.I dati verranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini di Ricerca del Personale.Leggi l'informativa privacy riportata al link
